Bio: Ashley Boles is an agent of change. She seeks to help others achieve their maximum potential by living authentically. Earning a B.A. in Psychology from Catawba College, a Masters of Art in Mental Health and School Counseling from Campbell University Ashley is currently a Doctoral student in the Counseling, Education and Supervision program at the University of Memphis. A Professional School Counselor by trade, Ashley works with students of all ages (after all we are all a student in something) to recognize personal potential, strive for growth and fulfill their purpose. Recognizing that perfect does not exist Ashley aims to help others be better each day. A certified Champion Influence Life Coach, Ashley recognizes that growth is uncomfortable and works with others to step outside of their comfort zone one foot as a time. A former collegiate student-athlete, she has a passion for providing others with the ability to overcome obstacles that may interfere with their ability for greatness. As a Brave facilitator, Ashley works with student-athletes and others to understand bravery and overcome obstacles by working through fear to chase goals and dreams. An advocate for social justice, Ashley recognizes the impact of being and creating change agents as an advocate and ally for Black Lives Matter, the LGBTQ+ community, and others who are disenfranchised. Ashley has been a podcast guest to address social justice and empower others to advocate for themselves and others.
