“I help individuals to unlock and maximize their potential."
The coaching certification program has taught me the difference between coaching, mentoring and consulting. The training I received in the certification program strengthened and helped me to discover effective strategies and techniques to go beyond the norm and change individuals' mindset in a positive way.
"Using my certification, I have started Just Breathe Coaching and Consulting, LLC where I will accept coachees, and deliver seminars and workshops.”
