REGINA E. WILLIAMS

Bio: Regina is a born connector. Her business is to know your business so she can connect you with others. She is passionate about ensuring that equity is in the forefront of community development efforts. As an educator, she is passionate about helping families of children with special needs to navigate the educational setting. In August of 2020, Regina retired after 30 years in education. Currently, Regina is strategically working on the 2021 grand opening of Positive Pathways, SC which will serve as a resource center to offer consulting and coaching for businesses, community organizations, families and individuals who want to make sure they are on the right path to achieve success.

I coach individuals to believe in the greatness that is within so they can achieve their goals.

The coaching certification program has taught me the difference between consulting and coaching. I personally get more satisfaction out of coaching and watching people dig deep into themselves, (self) germinating, and watching them grow. This is what this certification program has allowed me to do. Not only has it benefited me, but as I pass on the knowledge, it benefits others.

I'm using my certification by strategically preparing to open Positive Pathways, SC which will serve as an advocacy, coaching and consulting non profit organization.
