Bio: Nioka is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Her faith and values fuels her compassion for Gods’ people. As a speaker, youth advocate, and entrepreneur, Nioka is committed to leading and guiding others to a place of self-discovery for a purposeful and prosperous life. Equally important, it is her real life experiences that operate as a driving force behind her passion to meet others where they are in their life.
Growing up in a large city where drugs, gangs, violence, and a host of other ill-favored situations and circumstances were common, Nioka is all too familiar with the temptations and statistics that have claimed the lives and livelihood of not only childhood friends, but family members as well. This familiarity, while daunting, has been the pillar of the changes she made in her life. As someone that once struggled with the lack of self-worth, self-confidence and low self-esteem, Nioka embraces her passion and goal to empower others to take possession and control of their identity and their destiny.
In reflecting on the days of being a new recruit in the military, Nioka recalls how the encouragement, inspiration and motivation of the Cadre instilled a sense of self-worth and determination in her. She learned that when life gives you a million reasons to quit, you show up with a million and one reasons to persevere. It was in that life revelation that Nioka became committed to helping others discover their dreams, overcome obstacles, and set S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals.

I've always been a strong go-to person for others when they were experiencing life altering situations, but the process and training I received in the certification program strengthened and empowered my informational treasure chest by helping me uncover effective strategies and techniques as well as the confidence to go beyond the norm when pushing others beyond the norm.
Using my certification, I have started the process of creating my very own coaching program, B.O.S.S. Up. This coaching program will be tailored for the individual that has encountered obstacles and challenges in life that seems to rob them of their drive and motivation to turn their dreams into the visions that manifests into reality.”
