Bio: I'm a formerly incarcerated person who served 22 years incarcerated , the author of " The Five Stages of Incarceration," certified Champion Influence Life Coach , and Certified DISC assignment facilitator. I use my lived experiences and certifications to help those returning back to society after incarceration adjust back to family , community and society. I'm also a community advocate around the issues of employment after incarceration. I have successful gotten 5 City Councils to pass a policy to hire those with a felony conviction across South Carolina.
